EXPERTISE, PASSION & QUALITY

FLAGMORE US was born when two leading flagpole companies, Atlantic Fiberglass Products and Fiberglass Flagpoles of America, both with decades of experience in the fiberglass industry, merged their activities.  This association brings together the best each company has developed over the years and offers the highest quality flagpoles available in the market.

WHY

FIBERGLASS

LIGHTER & STRONGER THAN ALUMINUM AND EASY TO INSTALL

Pound for Pound fiberglass is stronger than aluminum and steel. That makes transporting and installing flagpoles easier and cheaper. A 40-foot aluminum flagpole pole would require a crane for installation; it’s expensive and may damage the surroundings. By comparison, a 40-foot fiberglass pole can be installed by just two people.

DOES NOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY

Fiberglass is a non-conductive material so that a fiberglass flagpole does not need to be grounded, making installation easier, and does not attract lightning.

BEAUTIFUL DURABLE GEL COAT FINISH

Our fiberglass flagpoles come with a durable gel coat finish so that they will never need to be painted. The finish will not flake or lose its tint; it will not crack and show dark lines. It can be washed and buffed from time to time to regain its luster. The standard color is white, matching many door or window frames, fences, and other residential decorative elements. Our fiberglass flagpoles are also available in many colors.

NO CLANGING NOISE FROM FLAG CLIPS BANGING AGAINST METAL

In windy conditions, flag clips will hit the flagpole repeatedly. On steel or aluminum flagpoles, this will produce a clanging noise which can easily become a nuisance. This is not the case with fiberglass - the noise will be muffled and will not resonate.

DOES NOT CORRODE

Fiberglass has a high resistance to corrosion; it will not rust. It is a perfect product for outdoors and will resist any type of climate. It is ideal for installation on coastlines where the high salt content in the air can quickly destroy any metal products.
